Privacy Policy

Summary

The images, PDF files and documents you open in our tools are processed in your web browser and are not uploaded to our servers. We do not ask you to create an account. The personal information we receive is limited to what you choose to send through the contact form and the technical information every web server receives when a page is requested.

Files you process

When you choose a file, your browser reads it from your device and performs all processing locally, including AI features such as background removal and face alignment. The original file, the result and any information they contain are not transmitted to One Digi Craft. When you close or reload the page, the browser discards them.

To run the AI features, your browser downloads the AI model files from our server. This is an ordinary file download, like loading an image on a web page, and does not send any of your data to us.

Information stored in your browser

The Word Document Editor saves a draft of the document you are editing in your browser's local storage, so that an accidental refresh does not lose your work. This draft never leaves your device. You can remove it at any time with Clear draft in the editor, or by clearing your browser's site data.

Contact form

If you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the topic you select and your message. We use this information only to read and reply to your message. Messages are stored on our server and deleted when they are no longer needed to handle your request.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic request information such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working, and are deleted on a regular schedule.

Usage statistics

To learn which tools are most useful, we count how many times each page is viewed and how many times each tool opens a file or saves a result. Only the name of the tool and the date are recorded, as anonymous totals. We do not use cookies for this, and we do not record your IP address, the names of your files or their contents.

Cookies

The contact page sets a single session cookie that protects the form against automated and forged submissions. It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which tools are opened most often. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser. IP addresses are anonymized. The files you process are never sent to Google Analytics. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Measurement and marketing tools

We use Google Tag Manager to manage the measurement code on this site. Tag Manager itself does not collect personal information, but the tags it loads may set cookies as described in this policy.

Third parties

We do not sell personal information. The tools, libraries, fonts and AI models are served from our own server. Measurement scripts are loaded from the providers named above.

Children

The site is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

You can ask us to provide or delete any message you have sent us by emailing contact@onedigicraft.com.np.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
